It redefines modern waterfront living through ecological aesthetics, achieving a harmonious balance between natural landscapes and urban vitality, making it both a symbol of prestige and an elevation of spiritual living.
Water serves as the central design theme, with its diverse natural states transformed into distinctive landscapes — cascading waterfalls, mirror-like pools, artistic fountains, and mist-filled forests — each imbued with atmosphere and emotional resonance. Inspired by the fluid lines of the shoreline, the design shapes the paving, structures, and greenery, ensuring visual and spatial unity throughout. Whether walking within the grounds or viewing from above, the landscape unfolds as a captivating, ever-changing panorama.
The spatial journey flows seamlessly from “Heavenly Eye” to “Return to Heart · Shore Fragrance Dawn,” with each scene distinctive yet integrated into a continuous riverside narrative. ‘First Appearance · Sunken Jade Water Landscape’ creates a grand arrival, symbolising the beginning of a new life; ‘Chasing Waves · Golden Light Realm’ offers tranquil island woodlands and golden cascades that evoke peace and poetry; while ‘Picking Fun · Riverfront View’ captures the joy of riverside leisure, enabling residents to immerse themselves in the beauty of nature and the vitality of life.
