Huafa TIMES SEAL is located in Nanping, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, with a total construction area of approximately 90,000 square meters. Inspired by urban design principles, the project aims to create a landmark residential complex that represents the city's new image, providing residents with a well-planned community featuring complete amenities, convenient living, and a beautiful environment. The master planning focuses on the overall layout, architectural form, and color scheme from an urban perspective, carefully considering the relationships between different functional buildings within the site and with the surrounding areas. The residential towers all adopt a cross-shaped T4 design, ensuring triple-aspect natural light for every unit and maximizing the scenic mountain views to the south. Unit layouts prioritize spacious living rooms and north-south ventilation, aligning with Lingnan architectural traditions that emphasize airflow and natural light. The project emphasizes the organic integration of architectural spaces, balancing open communal areas, private living zones, and comfortable landscape gardens.
The building façades embody a modern minimalist aesthetic that expresses the architecture's unique character, creating an urban interface that is both grand and distinctive. Large expanses of glass enhance indoor lighting and views. Utilizing primarily glass and aluminum panels, the façades feature meticulous attention to detail and refined components, elevating the overall architectural quality. The grand and dignified entrance gatehouse, with its simple yet refined materiality and construction, reinforces the project's premium positioning. Given the scarcity of land in central urban areas and the need to maximize value, the project responds with creative and distinctive residential architecture.
