The landscape design of the Chengdu Huafa Jinchen Courtyard project perfectly blends architecture and nature. The concept of "gold inlaid with jade" serves as the foundation, merging luxury, respect, and elegance to create an exquisite natural residential park. The project centers on the theme of "Elegant Luxury and Urban Nature," combining modern living with the beauty of the natural world.
The design seeks to create a resort-like atmosphere, integrating nature seamlessly into urban life. It prioritizes emotional and sensory experiences, using elements such as flowing water, strategic lighting, and lush greenery to foster relaxation and well-being. The landscape encourages a deeper connection with nature, enhancing the overall residential experience.
The project features five key elements: Forest Base, Social Circles, Free-Flowing Spaces, Health Systems, and High-End Living. With 12 additional design highlights, including ecological layouts, hotel-inspired ambiance, multifunctional spaces, and ceremonial pathways, the project promotes both functionality and luxury. Core spaces include the Grand Entrance with a ceremonial arrival, the Nine-tiered Staircase, the Floating Island Lounge, Infinity Pool, and Tranquil Garden.
Natural materials like stone and metal are carefully integrated into the design, creating dynamic visual appeal that evolves throughout the day. Spaces encourage both interaction and contemplation, from relaxing sunken courtyards to vibrant social areas such as the infinity pool and floating islands. Family-friendly spaces, including a themed children’s playground and a natural science garden, add vitality to the environment.
