The design of Huafa Zhuhai Bay focuses on innovative residential product research, aiming to create a distinctive and memorable living space that blends natural elements with a resort-like atmosphere. The concept of "Marina Island Forest" combines nature with residential areas, offering a harmonious environment that connects people with both nature and luxury. The landscape is thoughtfully divided into external public spaces and private internal areas, creating a complementary balance between shared leisure spaces and a more intimate, nature-infused residential experience. The public park promotes a vibrant, all-age, all-functional environment, while the residential area emphasizes an urban resort ambiance and family-friendly forest spaces. The design features macro differentiation through unique visual layouts and attention to detail, incorporating luxury materials like Bulgari black marble and acrylic elements. Signature landscape elements, such as a sunken courtyard, sky corridors, infinity-edge swimming pools, and forest lounges, enhance the space's dynamic and immersive feel. Clever integration of water features and tiered greenery further enriches the design, creating a sense of vitality throughout the space. The project also draws inspiration from global best practices, such as the green architecture seen in Singapore's Changi Airport, incorporating futuristic landscaping elements like forest canyons and skywalks that seamlessly integrate with the living experience.
