The landscape design of Greentown PHOENIX MANSION revolves around the core concept of "Whispers of the Heartwood," built upon a "de-flattened" system inspired by "land art" philosophy. Terraced platforms, connecting corridors, sunken water features, floating green islands, and undulating terrain intertwine with a four-tiered vegetation system, shattering the monotony of traditional landscapes.
A host of innovative modules are woven into the design: "Spring wise Academy," an exploratory space featuring a dry creek, suspension bridge, and treehouse, invites curiosity and discovery. An outdoor splash pool, paired with an extra-long bar counter, fosters vibrant spatial interaction.
The landscape merges deeply with architecture and living scenarios: the sunken social space connects to a hidden landscape garden on one side and links to the underground garage on the other, enabling seamless transitions between daily life and nature.
