Cavendish Heights is a modern high-rise apartment redesigned into a timeless residence, merging contemporary minimalism with classical detailing. The design applies light-profile decorative moldings and a coordinated palette of creamy beige, warm ivory, and natural oak, complemented by deep mocha and espresso tones, to achieve a balanced and distinguished aesthetic.
Marble is consistently integrated across the interior, from large-format floral-patterned wash basins to continuous stone flooring and feature wall panels. This unifying material strategy links the French-inspired refinement of the bathrooms, the efficiency of the kitchen, and the marble accented storage niche in the dining area. Built in functional elements including concealed storage systems, dual-access cabinetry, retractable work surfaces, and integrated step stools are seamlessly incorporated to optimise usability without disrupting the design language.
The kitchen layout is configured for advanced culinary use, combining integrated appliances with tailored storage solutions. Hexagonal marble-patterned floor tiles delineate the space while maintaining visual coherence with adjacent living areas. The dining zone features a BoConcept Alicante table with a sculptural V-shaped base, set against a soft neutral backdrop to provide proportional balance.
In the living area, full-height glazing maximises daylight penetration, while a stepped marble platform replaces conventional media cabinetry to maintain spatial openness and circulation. Throughout, low ceiling heights and multiple structural columns are addressed with targeted spatial reconfiguration and precision detailing.
