The outer shell fabric is made of 100% polyester (approximately 50% recycled polyester), with the weft yarn made from 30D POY polyester and 50D T400 that undergoes texturizing to form a dual-component yarn with certain elasticity. Through post-finishing treatment, the fabric enables moisture permeability of over 5000g·m²/24h, air permeability of less than 1mm/s, and water repellency of level 4, surpassing national standards and adapting to variable weather conditions such as strong wind and heavy rain. The core back panel incorporates a far-infrared responsive thermal lining that enhances perceived temperature by 1.4 degrees Celsius through optimized heat circulation. The tiered, zoned down fill technology offers targeted insulation and minimizes the bulkiness. The hydrophobic down features a fill power of 650+ and a down cluster content of 80% with a special hydrophobic coating on the surface for excellent moisture resistance and sustained loft, delivering consistent warmth even in rainy, snowy, or humid conditions.
A 40D thick inner lining fabric, combined with a stitching-through-lining technique, ensures a clean outer surface free of excessive quilting lines. And the raised and recessed channels in the inner lining facilitate internal thermal circulation and moisture wicking, guaranteeing moisture-heat balance under varying levels of physical activity and thereby improving overall wearing comfort.
A monochromatic gray gradient tone, complemented by mountain contour lines, crafts a stylish outdoor garment. Additionally, the hood is separately dyed and printed, enabling seamless integration and preventing fabric placement loss during pattern matching.
