This project is designed for a young couple Mr. & Mrs Chan, knowing that they are about to start their new family in this peaceful condo. They don’t have children yet while it’s always in their planning to have kids in the future. Apart from the master bedroom, the other 2 rooms would like to keep it simple & flexible so they can assign different usage to these rooms according to their living style and pattern. As they are preparing to grow their family in this apartment with more new members to come, vast amount of storage spaces are needed while we also wanna keep the spaces flexible & sustainable, so they could be easily transformed & evolved, to match with the living routines in the years to come.

This apartment is located in an area around King’s Park in Kowloon, a relatively low density area nearby the famous tourist area, Tsim Sha Tsui. It feels like a little retreat up in a little hill, while you can also walk down to the busy Nathan Road with a staircase by the slope within 5 minutes. The apartment is in a mid-rise building with sports ground, tennis court and YMCA around. So even location-wise it’s in the heart of a city, it is also quite shielded from the traffic & noise. The building is around 30 years by now, for it being located in an area so calm & yet convenient to go anywhere of Hong Kong, it is welcomed by a lot of family owners.
The project was completed on April 2025.
