The project is located in Xiangshan District, Huaibei City, with convenient transportation, complete educational, medical, and commercial resources, and abundant parks. Its overall concept follows the idea of a “forest dwelling,” meeting the interests of all age groups and creating multiple possibilities for openness, privacy, and sustainable living that returns to life itself.
The design centers on a “forest style shared community,” highlighted by a 70m × 90m atrium that enhances the immersive forest experience. Three layers of forest living are created: the first layer features a luxury entrance with a starry sky canopy and customized granite paving, forming a noble homecoming atmosphere. The second layer presents a dramatic super-high waterfall surrounded by clouds and mist, evoking the artistic conception of mountains and flowing water. The third layer is the core “Forest Breathing Life Hall,” offering three-dimensional play and gathering places, shaping diverse and interactive living scenes.
Through these triple forest experiences, residents immerse themselves in nature while enjoying modern comfort. Light-toned imitation wood bricks, clean color schemes, and simple lines emphasize a refined contemporary texture. Natural greenery, exquisite details, and high-end materials combine to form composite leisure areas that invite relaxation, echoing the feeling of wandering through a forest.
A highlight of the design is the creative use of underground space and height differences in the “Forest Breathing Life Hall.” A semi-underground courtyard called the “Four Waters Returning Hall” channels rainwater from surrounding eaves. Adjacent spaces include a “Light Oxygen Gym” for neighborhood interaction, while the second floor hosts diverse social functions such as a Reading Bar, Mocha Reception Room, and Forest Bar. Extending outward, a “forest wharf” walkway among treetops merges nature with daily life.
A major challenge was resolving the elevation differences between the underground garage, the first floor, and the garden road, transforming them into a fun multi-level spatial experience that connects art, fashion, and lifestyle.
In sustainability, durable materials reduce future replacement and maintenance, while multifunctional layouts improve space utilization and prevent resource waste. The overall simple modern art style ensures long-term vitality, continuously meeting people’s evolving aesthetic and lifestyle needs.
