Young people want to own their own homes but dang if it ain’t expensive. So they’re forced to choose really small tight spaces that were’t designed for modern living.



Today, more and more people choose to live alone. Most young singletons are unable to afford large spaces. Thus, small but flexible and versatile apartments providing practical dimensions cater for the needs of this group of people.



This apartment of 5.1 m X 9 m features a large group of drawers system , with a metal track as drawers’ runners or slide to control the operation of the drawers open which conceals many different living spaces.



The first section is a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen cabinets, wall rack and electrical appliances such as refrigerator, exhaust hood, etc. When pull out the drawer which is fixed a dinning table and concealed dinning chair.



The second section of drawer is opened, it is a study equipped with bookcase, cabinet, file etc., and of course, picture & lamps to decorate this section. When pull out this drawer, you will see the desk & concealed chair as a working station.



When the third section is a bathroom located at the middle portion of the apartment, and there are also shower-tub, water closet, washing basin and mirror and storage cabinet, etc. Drawer pulls out is takes the sofa as living room



Finally, the fourth section is the bedroom area in last section. It is equipped with bed, closet and a big mirror etc., but the `drawer' pulls out is also takes the living area, it has the television/mini-hi fi inside the wall units, when group together the sofa , it is

practically making the space a nice living room.
