ES-100 is the world’s first intelligent robotic surgical digital microscope equipped with a 7-axis flexible robotic arm system. It overcomes the limitations of traditional 6-axis robotic arms by enabling multi-dimensional flexible adjustments during surgery. Combined with an ultra-long 1.5-meter reach, it achieves more flexible obstacle avoidance and positioning. With position memory and surround tracking functions, it intelligently controls the lens for stereoscopic panoramic observation and allows one-click reset. Surgeons can achieve millimeter-level precision control via handle, foot pedal, voice, or touch screen, enhancing surgical freedom and accuracy while freeing the surgeon’s hands.
ES-100 integrates a 4K-3D ultra-micro external viewing lens, offering an exceptionally large working distance of 200–600 mm and lossless hundred-fold magnification. It supports heads-up operation during surgery, effectively reducing shoulder, neck, and visual fatigue. Surgeons can operate with a naturally curved arm posture, improving surgical safety. The 16:9 widescreen display increases the visible area by 56% compared to traditional microscopes, allowing the entire team to share the view and enhancing collaboration and training efficiency.
ES-100 provides a comprehensive fluorescence imaging solution, including F460 yellow fluorescence, V400 tumor fluorescence, i800 vascular fluorescence, and 3D-enhanced ICG, enabling real-time visualization of tissue blood flow or tumor boundaries for a smoother surgical process. The system features a patented high-precision auto-focus system and anti-overexposure function, which dynamically suppresses strong light reflections to ensure clear and stable images under varying depths of field and lighting conditions, minimizing manual adjustments during surgery.
The exterior adopts a low-saturation medical white as a main color, combined with full-range rounded edges and continuous curvature transitions, presenting a soft visual appearance and easy cleaning. The control layout and human-machine interface are designed from the surgeon’s operational perspective, enhancing device adaptability and practicality. The main structure is made of 100% recycled stainless steel and aluminum alloy, while the outer packaging uses biodegradable corrugated cardboard and sustainable wood, significantly extending the product’s lifespan and reducing waste.
