At the entry, a brass Pegasus and gold-leaf screen set a stately tone, while a sculptural stair clad in dragon-scale panels delivers a dramatic focal point. A central bar and lounge weave osmanthus motifs throughout; a crystal chandelier crowns the illuminated scale model. Programmatic layers include a star-lit screening room, tearoom, and art-infused fitness zone. An art corridor employs copper-thread installations to narrate Shijia-zhuang’s architectural past and present. The entire environment un-folds as a “one bloom, one moment” spatial story, satisfying sophis-ticated clients’ needs for socializing, leisure, and culture—an opu-lent expression of modern Eastern aesthetics.

2. Shijiazhuang Guiyue Yunfeng | Community Clubhouse

The clubhouse pairs a “Learning Cube” with a “Parent Lounge.” The Learning Cube divides into four age-specific zones furnished with er-gonomic pieces and adaptive lighting. The Parent Lounge offers a fire-side tea corner and casual bar, allowing adults to socialize while re-maining close at hand—education and companionship in perfect harmony.

Carefully curated textures and lighting balance the func-tional demands of school-district families with refined aesthetics, delivering an ideal “cloud-top dwelling” within 150 square metres.
