Traditional fabrics for sportswear suffer from several drawbacks: limited moisture-wicking and quick-drying capabilities, annoying water film formation, and discomfort of wet fabric clinging to the skin. To address that, this product makes innovation and optimization in structural design and yarn combination for exceptional sweat management.

In terms of structural design, the fabric innovates 1-5MM grooves. Such an ingenious design effectively collects sweat and channels it away efficiently. At the same time, optimized yarn combination achieves unidirectional moisture-wicking properties: the hydrophilic outer layer the hydrophobic inner layer work in tandem to create a distinct unidirectional moisture gradient. The yarns varying in moisture regain and fiber fineness are treated with different finishing processes, significantly enhancing sweat management efficiency. In everyday wear, the product forms micro-circulation channels with the skin, complemented by its unidirectional moisture-wicking properties, rapidly transferring moisture to keep the skin dry and comfortable; during intense exercise, the grooves reduce the contact area between the fabric and the skin by over 40%, whose combination with excellent unidirectional moisture-wicking properties efficiently directs and removes sweat to effectively prevent the fabric from clinging to the skin even when the wearer sweats heavily.

As an innovative comprehensive sweat-management material, this product introduces novel grooves to the traditional mechanism of ‘moisture wicking—moisture transfer—quick drying’. This enables rapid sweat removal and efficient sweat management, delivering a comfortable wearing experience for sports enthusiasts.
