We’re thrilled to share our latest renovation project for this 1248 sqft resale HDB home! The client wanted a modern-contemporary luxe vibe, with an emphasis on a cosy and open living space where the family can gather. We focused on creating a seamless flow, with hidden storage and curved edges to keep things sleek.
The must-have features included concealed room doors, a short-throw projector setup (no TV!), and a multifunctional island in the bedroom area that doubles as both a dining and prep space. We also introduced a hidden study/work area for those quieter moments.
Our color palette of neutral tones, inspired by the client’s moodboard, brings warmth and comfort to the home, resulting in a beautiful, cohesive design where the kitchen and dining area truly shine. We maximized every inch, offering ample storage without compromising on style.
