TENJYU-KAKI: The miraculous dried persimmons born by chance in Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture. These one-of-a-kind dried persimmons represent a unique drying method perfected over more than a decade. The defining characteristics—persimmons grown exceptionally large through mutation and the time invested in perfecting the product—reflect the craftsman's confidence and dedication. To convey their true value, we chose an upright packaging design. Simple yet powerful, it expresses the essence of craftsmanship.
