Tengrui Bay

The design of the Shantou Tengrui Coastal Bay landscape project encompasses three main components: the external urban interface, internal community gardens, and supporting landscapes, with a total landscape area exceeding 50,000 square meters. Externally, a 280-meter-wide green landscape cover is employed to reshape the urban skyline of Haibin Road, while internally, an immersive aesthetic garden is established featuring a "one axis, three cores, and multiple nodes" layout. The supporting landscapes include distinctive spaces such as a sunken clubhouse courtyard and a connecting area for coastal leisure. The core objective is to create a landscape living system for the high-net-worth population of Chaoshan that integrates natural ecology, cultural ritual significance, and all-age interaction. This aims to highlight the project's rare resource advantage of being "first-line coastal" and to meet the residents' demand for a “daily vacation” living experience, ultimately establishing a benchmark model for coastal residential landscape design in Shantou.
