For this 165m² space, clients can look forward to a simple, bright home that can adapt to future changes in working from home and family dynamics. The design emphasizes smooth circulation and versatile functions, featuring an open layout that connects public areas and thoughtfully reserved spaces to enhance flexibility and promote family interaction. A functional island is included, allowing scenes to be switched based on different usage scenarios. The design emphasizes harmonious spatial proportions and an elegant atmosphere, creating a modern, simple residence with a refined texture.
This project emphasizes flexibility in the details. The public area centers on a multi-functional island design that accommodates cooking, dining, and working, while also facilitating a seamless transition between daily life, social interactions, and work. By carefully adjusting the layout, the guest room is reduced in size, and the living room is expanded, effectively improving the spatial proportions and creating a spacious, comfortable living environment.
The doors of the secondary bedroom and guest room have been slightly adjusted, which not only alleviates concerns about feng shui but also makes the layout of the bedrooms and circulation flow smoother. Overall, the proportions and order have been further refined.
In terms of colors, inspired by the client's collection of dolls and memorial cups, a warm and simple base was created with light beige and wood tones. This design enhances the vibrant colors of the collected items. Tasteful additions of grey mirrors and dark grey cabinets effectively balance the space, presenting a clean yet stable and layered aesthetic.
