This project embraces "Outdoor as Life" as its core concept, integrating the essence of golf with everyday public life scenarios. Through spatial storytelling, it redefines the brand’s connection with consumers, breaking the functional boundaries of traditional retail and creating symbiotic scenarios that merge art, nature, and commerce. The result is an immersive golf-themed experiential venue that conveys the brand’s philosophy to younger demographics and shifts from product sales to lifestyle advocacy.
Guided by a "de-commercialized" strategy, the design employs curved structures inspired by a golfer’s swing and undulating terrain reminiscent of putting greens. Building columns are transformed into cultural installations by embedding brand DNA elements, lighting, and lines, turning structural barriers into narrative focal points that integrate artistry with product display.
Technical innovation lies in custom material development and modular flexibility. Exclusive resin panels with spherical embossing translate golf’s unique texture into a tangible spatial surface, while lightweight detachable structures reduce carbon emissions during transport and allow for reconfigurable layouts. These strategies balance aesthetic refinement with functional adaptability, aligning with the brand’s quality standards and preparing for future iterations.
Sustainability is embedded in every stage of execution. Industrial waste such as burnt cinder is repurposed into bricks for display props, extending its life cycle and echoing urban commuting themes. Eco-friendly veneer panels replace natural wood, while modular thinking reduces emissions by optimizing transportation. The principle of “from nature and returning to nature” underscores the design’s ecological vision.
The completed space uses artistic sports aesthetics as a unifying thread. Bunker-inspired installations, artificial turf, and dynamic lighting systems create multi-sensory experiences, while material contrasts highlight the brand’s light-luxury positioning. Metal frames balance wood textures, and natural light enhances recessed displays to capture consumer attention. Flexible DP points further provide an adaptable platform for themed events and cross-sector collaborations, achieving a dual enhancement of commercial and cultural value.
