Jiading HaiChuang Industrial Park

The Jiading Hichuang Industrial Park R&D and Headquarters Landscape is located in Jiading New City, covering plots F16a-01, F16a-04, and surrounding green spaces. Guided by the concept of “Water as boundary, Mountains as connection,” the design integrates large trees, stone clusters, and terrain to create a natural and harmonious setting. The spatial framework includes a portal square, tree-lined promenades, waterfront trails, lawn clusters, and a landmark bridge, addressing both corporate image and ecological needs. Sponge city strategies, such as concave drainage ditches, enhance stormwater management, while diverse planting of camphor, maple, crape myrtle, and pomegranate ensures seasonal variation. With iconic gateways, riverside experiences, and lighting design, the project blends ecology, culture, and workplace vitality into a high-quality headquarters environment.
