Automated Cross-Platform E-Commerce User Profiling System is a tailor-made intelligent marketing tool for the e-commerce industry. By deeply integrating big data and artificial intelligence technologies, it addresses core industry pain points—such as multi-platform data silos, vague user portraits, and inefficient utilization of marketing resources—with precision.
To break down multi-platform data barriers, the system has built a cross-platform data integration middle platform, which can seamlessly integrate data from mainstream e-commerce platforms (including Douyin, Tmall, and JD.com), WeChat ecosystem, and offline stores. This forms a unified full-touchpoint user data view. After a leading beauty brand integrated this middle platform, its data integrity was significantly improved, laying a solid foundation for subsequent targeted marketing initiatives.

The automated marketing engine is the system's core module. Its built-in AI recommendation algorithm can automatically trigger marketing actions—such as coupon pushes and personalized content recommendations—based on users' real-time behaviors and portrait characteristics. It also supports multi-channel coordinated outreach to users. After a maternal and child brand adopted this engine, automated processes covered most daily operational tasks, manual intervention was greatly reduced, and both user click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates achieved significant growth.
In addition, the system is equipped with a full-funnel performance monitoring module, supporting functions such as AB testing and ROI analysis to help enterprises accurately evaluate marketing effectiveness. Meanwhile, the system strictly complies with the requirements of the "Personal Information Protection Law", providing comprehensive protection for user data security and offering strong support for the compliant implementation of marketing activities.
