This setup meets the flexibility treatment requirements of bio-based fibers with different specifications. Through precise coordinated control of each process stage, the system not only elevates the overall level of process intelligence but also reduces manual adjustments by over 34.1%, shortens the average process adjustment time by 23.5%, and significantly boosts production stability. Additionally, the system meticulously records full-process data of the flexibility treatment—such as fiber moisture content and softener concentration during pre-treatment, and temperature curves during the drying stage. By enabling efficient traceability and accurate analysis of process data, it provides robust support for quality optimization and greatly improves product consistency.
Meanwhile, the system utilizes an intuitive visual interface to present key process indicators, allowing staff to conduct real-time monitoring via industrial tablets or control consoles. The interface features a rational layout and clear operational logic: for example, after selecting the corresponding process formula, the system automatically retrieves the parameter settings, enabling operation without specialized training. This not only lowers the operational threshold but also enhances production efficiency, bringing innovation to the flexibility treatment of bio-based fibers.
