This project, a TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) complex on the Jinzhou Road in the prestigious Guobin zone of western Chengdu, prioritizes living quality improvement and future lifestyle innovation in the high-density city. Guided by the principle of ‘integration of art and life’, it establishes a cohesive narrative from experiential engagement to residential living.
As a crucial showcase of the project, the sales center innovatively introduces the curatorial concepts common in art galleries. It features an installation—‘Water + Crimson Charm’—crafted by a master florist, where hibiscus flowers in full bloom mimic flowing water to metaphorically highlight local rich cultural deposits, symbolizing ‘new beginnings illuminated by fortune’. At the same time, materials such as black oak, brass, and green luxury stone are thoughtfully combined, resulting in an ingenious contrast to create an artistic space that marries cultural significance with commercial functionality.
The show flat of 127 m2 takes modern elegance as the core, blending Baxter’s Italian elegance with Minotti’s modern minimalism. Premium leather, Fendi White stone, and a warm color palette work in tandem to create a cozy and inviting ambiance. An open layout paired with a dual-circulation system greatly enhances spatial flexibility: the outer loop connects the entryway, kitchen, dining area, and living room to accommodate daily routines; the inner loop links the living room, study, and bedroom to form an efficient, private path. A vertical greenery wall on the balcony seamlessly integrates nature into daily life.
The show flat of 143 m2 focuses on the balance between artistic expression and everyday functionality. A bold contrast of black and gold, complemented by antique art pieces and musical elements, imbues the space with a touch of theatrical charm. Moreover, a customized storage system and a layered ambient lighting solution achieve a harmonious unity of classical refinement and modern practicality.
