The Curology “Link” Workplace reimagines how interiors can respond to a digital-first healthcare model by translating the company’s virtual dermatology services into a tangible and connected work environment. The design balances private offices for virtual consultations with collaborative spaces that encourage communication, mentorship, and collective problem-solving. These zones support staff who work behind the scenes to deliver seamless online care, while also reinforcing Curology’s brand values of accessibility, personalization, and trust.
Spatial strategies such as transparent partitions, central gathering nodes, and flexible furniture layouts promote both concentration and collaboration. Natural light, material warmth, and intuitive circulation enhance users’ comfort and sense of belonging. Together, these design elements transform a primarily digital service model into an environment that feels human-centered and cohesive.
Ultimately, the project demonstrates how interior design can bridge virtual interactions and physical experience, creating workplaces that foster connection, wellbeing, and identity. It suggests a forward-looking approach for how the design discipline can adapt to emerging intersections of health, technology, and work in the era of digital-first care.
