The Mashang Consumer Finance Chongqing Headquarter

The Mashang Consumer Finance Chongqing Headquarter project is conceived as a distinctive AI-era fintech corporate campus that seamlessly integrates humanistic care, cutting-edge technology, and ecological sustainability. It will serve as a headquarters complex that unifies office, research and development, and vibrant living environments.
The architectural form is initially inspired by the ancient Chinese cosmological concept of ‘Heaven Round, Earth Square ‘. Four towers are arranged in an embracing configuration: their exterior presents a resolute and minimalist silhouette, standing as a cohesive monolithic presence along the riverside, physical manifestation of the company's efficient and streamlined operational ethos. In contrast, the central courtyard unfolds as a vibrant, green oasis teeming with ecological vitality, embodying the core of the organization's cohesion and communal spirit. Four towers are interconnected by an elevated circular ring, which serves both as a spatial connector bridging the buildings and as a communal platform for employees to rest and unwind.
The project comprises four main towers: T1 as the Administrative Center, T2 as the R&D Center, T3 as the Operations Center, and T4 as the service apartment. T5 is a landscaped pavilion situated within the central park, serving as the exhibition center of the company.
The façade of this project is considered from two perspectives, from the street side, it conveys an understated yet premium quality as the primary public impression, while concealing beneath a richly textured and meticulously detailed surface. From the inner garden side, it is a lively tone, the volumes are staggered to generate abundant terrace spaces and shaded areas, offering employees a diverse array of settings for varied activities and interactions.
The landscape enclosed by the buildings works as a natural platform that immerses the offices, service apartments and exhibition center in a lush green environment that increases wellbeing and productivity while also offering the opportunity to rest and stay in close contact with nature.
The new, internationally oriented headquarter project provides an ideal work environment, integrated with nature and able to comfortably accommodate more than 4,000 employees.
