The project revitalizes the 75-year-old Hangzhou Oxygen Plant. Themed "Old Factory Reborn, Technology Integrates," it transforms the space into an immersive living experience rather than a conventional exhibition space.
The redesign resolves the existing building's chaotic layout by organizing it into eight functional areas with a seamless "display-experience-negotiation-service" flow. Drawing from the industrial heritage, the aesthetic features "industrial yellow" and Mondrian-inspired colors like red, yellow, blue, and wood tones, blending history with modernity.
All materials are sourced from TUBAO, showcasing the brand's capabilities. A smart system enhances functionality, while soft furnishings, like the Deqing oilcloth umbrella art installation, add emotional warmth.
This space is more than a showroom; it’s a preview of a better life. Visitors will sense that TUBAO customizes not just homes, but unique lifestyles.
