The Harbin Jinyun Waterfront Sales Center adopts the concept of 'Flowing Melody: The Resonance of Art and Life,' integrating the curved elements of the Harbin Concert Hall with the East-West aesthetics of Shanghai-style culture to create an experiential space that combines artistic elegance with human warmth.

The overall color scheme is mainly beige-gray, accented with brown, coffee, and black, echoing the ebb and flow of musical rhythms. The circulation design draws inspiration from the flowing lines of a concert hall, with an outer loop guiding clients through reception, casual meeting areas, a water bar, children's zone, and into in-depth negotiations and the VIP room, while the inner loop serves as an efficient backstage circulation path. The spatial rhythm is skillfully managed through variations in materials, lighting, and ceiling heights.

The reception area features a curved structure paired with dark green marble and metal decorations, establishing an elegant tone. The water bar area blends vintage and modern elements and is equipped with intelligent service facilities. The meeting area combines dark green round tables, leather chairs, and chandelier lighting effects to create an open yet comfortable atmosphere for communication. The VIP room uses coffee-colored leather sofas and metal-and-marble coffee tables, highlighting privacy and luxury. The children's area incorporates furniture with rounded corners and interactive projection, creating a fun and educational environment.
