Zhengzhou Jinmao Residence of Central Plains

The project is located on the south bank of Beilong Lake in Zhengzhou. Faced with strict land use conditions and style control in the area, the designer created a high-quality modern residence with a comfortable, healthy and Oriental temperament through precise planning and layout, community garden construction, and polishing of architectural details.
The project site is orderly and flat, with residential buildings forming two strip gardens with widths of 17m and 24m within a limited area. This effectively increases the community's public green space and improves the ventilation of high-density communities.
Combining the main entrance to form an east-west main landscape axis, a community garden clubhouse was created for the four residential buildings near the main entrance on the landscape axis. Through the spatial design of elevated floors and sunken courtyards, combined with the placement of community public functions such as the roundabout station, ceremonial hall, and sports field, a bright, rich, interesting, and natural community garden clubhouse was created.
Through the design and interpretation of form and color, architecture intuitively showcases the oriental charm of residential areas. The smooth roof flow symbolizes the traditional residential form of the East, and durable high luxury materials such as brown red pottery and green stone respond to the bronze and Ru kiln culture of the Central Plains.
The super large french window combined with the sky garden allow residents to enjoy the comfortable experience of symbiosis with nature in the high-rise, and feel the oriental philosophy of the integration of heaven and man.
