XINGTAI ZHONGDING ULTIM ATEMANSION

Located in Xingtai, a cultural city with a history of over three thousand years, the project is based on the city's quaint aesthetics and translates the spring water, the source of Xingtai's urban identity, and the exquisite white porcelain of Xingtai into expressions of natural aesthetics and comfortable living, creating an ideal living realm exclusive to Xingtai.
The design draws inspiration from the "Ying" character at the bottom of white porcelain, integrating the symmetrical layout of traditional Chinese folk dwellings, the drifting rosy clouds of the Taihang Mountains, and the delicate texture of white porcelain to customize different living scenes such as "Fengying Chongque", "Linlai Yingguang", "Yingquan Shuiyuan", and "Yanting Yingcui".
The entrance features a water-converging ceremonial courtyard, creating a first impression of solemnity and luxury. Diverse water features echo the myriad postures of Xingtai's springs, while the landscape walls interpret the rock textures of Taihang Mountains. Customized white marble sculptures take the shape of Xingtai's Han peonies, symbolizing the perfection of "Ying".
Inside, a continuous corridor forms a tranquil and comfortable homecoming system, with the central courtyard merging with the sunken underground club. Flowing water and green islands intertwine, punctuated by the charming red of Taihang Mountains, presenting an idyllic landscape painting of Eastern aesthetics.
The project is equipped with two separate underground clubs. The interior offers a luxurious living space, while the exterior functions as a professional gym, connected internally and externally via independent passageways, making it the first multi-dimensional indoor-outdoor venue for sports and leisure life in Xingtai.
The external club combines with an open street corner space to create a boundaryless sports park. A custom water feature spanning over 700 square meters connects the ground and underground courtyard, shaping diverse sports and social scenes on the surface, forming a super magnetic field that infuses the neighborhood with vitality and a comprehensive fitness system for all age groups.
Fenglin Tianque takes leisure as the underlying logic of its living space, rooted in the culture of Xingtai, delving deep into empathetic touchpoints to forge a new timeless classic for the ancient city of Xingtai.
