An integrated molded pulp packaging designed for over-ear headphones, accompanied by a kraft paper sleeve. It balances transport protection with retail display, offering an eco-friendly and user-friendly solution.
• Kraft Paper Sleeve: Features an intuitive headphone silhouette graphic. The handle design echoes the headphone contours, providing dust protection while facilitating easy carrying and shelf identification.
• Label on Molded Pulp Lid: A clean text label is affixed to the raised platform on the lid, allowing for easy identification of the brand name, model, etc.
• One-Piece Molded Pulp Tray: The inner tray is mono-molded. A pre-scored fold line enables transformation between two configurations:
1. Protection Mode: The default 180° flat position fully encases the product, providing secure fixation and protection during shipping.
2. Display Mode: Folded and locked along the score line to form a display stand at approximately a 31° angle. This allows consumers to easily view product details from both front and side angles, facilitates touch and trial (where retail-authorized), and enhances visual merchandising.
Added Value: The stand can be repurposed for circular use as a headphone holder on a desk.
This packaging centers on molded pulp and achieves integrated "protection-to-display" functionality through its foldable design. It combines sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and strong retail presentation, making it ideally suited for modern over-ear headphone packaging. It enhances end-cap display efficiency while providing users with a distinctive unboxing and display experience.
