❒ Warm Tones, Arc Outlines
The space is anchored in a milk-tea palette paired with light wood accents, layered over a warm white foundation to cultivate a soft yet refined ambience. Arched ceiling contours integrate seamlessly with concealed indirect lighting, guiding the visual flow and defining spatial boundaries without rigid divisions. The result is a warm, well-balanced environment that reflects a contemporary interpretation of “home”—a place that offers emotional ease as much as physical comfort.
❒ Arched TV Wall and Spatial Extension
The TV wall features a gently curved outline wrapped in a textured fabric or wallcovering, adding both visual depth and a tactile softness. This curvature echoes the arcs in the ceiling, reinforcing a harmonious and unified atmosphere. Because the original viewing distance between the sofa and the TV wall was insufficient, the designer reconfigured the sofa backdrop by shifting the wall further back. This adjustment established a more comfortable visual proportion while also opening up the living room. The master bedroom entry was redesigned with a flush, concealed door, enabling a clean, continuous line that visually expands the common area.
❒ Island Hub, Connecting Life
Since the homeowner seldom cooks, the original enclosed kitchen created unnecessary visual and spatial barriers. The designer transformed it into an open layout and introduced a multifunctional island, positioned strategically as the core of daily circulation. Acting as a dining surface, prep counter, and social anchor, the island resolves the absence of a dedicated dining area and strengthens the connection between cooking, dining, and gathering. In doing so, it shapes a more complete and versatile living experience.
