Located in the core of Tangshan Phoenix New City, Tixiang Emerald Mist OPUS ONE stands as a benchmark project, marking the first implementation of an "overall site elevation" strategy following new regional regulations. Occupying approximately 94 mu with a low plot ratio of 1.5, the project utilizes integrated planning and precision design to create a high-quality, low-density community of 4-story stacked villas. It sets a new paradigm for "Exemplary Housing" in Tangshan and the wider North China region. Centered on seven core dimensions—Security, Wellness, Sustainability, Smart Convenience, Craftsmanship, Aesthetic Renewal, and Service—the project ensures high-quality execution from planning to interior design. By elevating the entire site, the design creates a "secluded sanctuary within the city" while significantly reducing underground excavation costs. This approach achieves a balance between technical innovation and economic rationality within the context of urban renewal. The 75-meter-wide gilded main entrance establishes a powerful urban landmark. Constructed from Turkish Moonlight Beige limestone and Champagne gold aluminum, it features a seamless curved form with a single-slab span of 12 meters, setting a new craftsmanship record in North China. At night, bio-mimetic firefly lighting creates a ritualistic atmosphere. Flanking the gate, titanium alloy sculptures of "Greeting Pines"—styled as "Twin Dragons Exploring the Sea"—merge Oriental auspicious symbolism with modern artistic expression, transforming the entrance from a functional passage into a spiritual symbol. The stacked villas emphasize vertical spatial order and the reconstruction of family living scenarios. Public activities converge on core levels, where double-height living rooms serve as the emotional hub of the home, while private functions naturally recede upwards or inwards to ensure acoustic separation. Terraces, courtyards, and interior spaces are meticulously scaled to serve as genuine extensions of life. By integrating external public staircases with internal voids and terraces, the design minimizes shared public areas (low common area ratio) while maximizing net usable space, balancing luxury with high efficiency. The 3,000 sqm community clubhouse integrates seamlessly with the main gate, community lobby, and sunken courtyard, streamlining both pedestrian and vehicular entry flows. The sunken water courtyard features a fiber-optic waterfall, artistic sculptures, and a pioneering AI-powered anti-freeze system.
