This space is designed to have an "offline life" as opposed to the internet and the hectic pace of work in the city, where you can withdraw from reality.

We have met too many urban clients whose imagination of life is always filled with desire, but we believe that as long as the clients are offline and detached, their desire doesn't need to be so much. That's why this case is named " House ½ ", because it's a place to live, not to be crammed with House 100%.

Total area of 60 square meters, the biggest highlight of House ½ is that it can be assembled into a wooden house by following the assembly instructions. In cooperation with a woodworking factory in Kochi, Japan, our computerized design drawings and models are first sent to Japan, and the cooperating architects there help to review the reasonableness of the construction, while the factory dismantles the materials according to the drawings and processes them to produce the wood unit parts and hardware for a cabin. Kochi's forests have been thinned for 50 to 60 years, and the selection of building wood materials has not deviated from the heart of the friendly environment.

The cabin, lit up in the evening, shadows and shadows among the trees, like a kerosene lamp, and the scenery of life flowing from the interior, in the dappled shade of the trees, coated with a layer of offline coziness. The core spirit of the house is to allow the quality of the house to reopen perceptions that have been clouded by the internet and busy urban life. Furniture that pulls out into the outdoors, a barbecue grill that becomes a kitchen, camping chairs that become living room chairs - these all represent the extension of offline living to the outside. Built in six weeks as a 100% tongue and groove house, with construction and interior living requirements completed in six weeks, an offline house is a process of creating a symbiosis with the environment.
