The project is located in Luolong District, Luoyang City, with a site area of 39,953.71 m2 and a total floor area of 92,442.28 m2. It primarily consists of 17 residential buildings ranging from four to ten stories and 5 supporting facility buildings. Located as a top-of-the-line residential renovation project in the city's downtown area, it is located within a dual-core zone of excellent educational resources and practical transportation hubs. The design aims to create a "comprehensive living circle," enabling a convenient lifestyle where quality schools are within walking distance and core commercial districts are just minutes away. This deep integration of urban resources not only meets the dual pursuit of efficiency and quality by high-net-worth individuals, but also establishes a benchmark for residential value in the area.
The plan employs a scientific "higher north, lower south" layout, positioning 12 low-density, eight- to ten-story residential buildings in the northern part and 5 four-story stacked townhouses in the southern part. This layout creates a varied and well-proportioned urban skyline, ensuring ample sunlight and ventilation for the community. The two parts are relatively independent, yet closely connected by a central landscape axis. Multiple inter-residential landscape nodes form a spatial pattern of "two axes, two parts, and multiple nodes," striking a perfect balance between functional zoning and landscape connectivity.
The design uses a central landscape axis as its backbone, connecting the east-west and north-south axes to create a space with multiple courtyards. This clear, richly layered spatial order balances a sense of ceremonial homecoming with the joys of daily life, and provides residents with diverse spaces for interaction and living. The design ingeniously incorporates a sunken courtyard, integrating professional sports facilities such as a gymnasium, yoga studio, basketball court, and badminton court, along with social spaces like a private dining hall and billiards room.
