Nowadays, anyone may possess and are allowed to read books. However, the percentage of people who read continues to drop each year. Observation found that often people stack unfinished books near the bed or table in an unorganised manner. Therefore, I wanted to make people finish their books and continue to read.

The book plinth allows the user not only to keep their unfinished book page but also to display its decorative cover. This makes the book look like it is floating in the air.

When I designed the iron bar structure, I made it with hole in the middle which you fill with weld to secure the book plinth in place. It is then grinded down and becomes invisible.
