PHOENIX SURGELAND SALE CENTER

The PHOENIX SURGELAND SALE CENTER takes the concept of a mountain sea urban habitat as its design narrative, establishing a connection between natural imagery and contemporary urban living. Inspiration is drawn from the contours and textures of mountain landscapes. Through artistic reinterpretation and spatial translation, these natural forms evolve into a defining design language. Three dimensional wall compositions, the use of rough stone materials, and coordinated soft furnishing elements together form layered rock like imagery throughout the space. The overall atmosphere remains calm and restrained, with rhythmic undulations derived from nature extending across the environment, where movement, social interaction, and moments of pause coexist within a relaxed and balanced spatial setting.
Material selection continues the expression of mountain and sea imagery. The flooring uses Brasilia Black stone, where white veining flows through a deep grey base like waves captured in motion, introducing a subtle sense of movement across the ground plane. Walls finished in Roman White travertine retain their natural porous texture, allowing light and shadow to travel across the surface and reveal an organic, breathable quality. Madagascar Blue Jade luxury stone appears in public areas and the island counter, reflecting shifting blue and violet tones under changing light and enriching the visual depth of the interior. Responding to diverse lifestyle needs, the project integrates an active fitness area, a professional badminton hall, a private banquet space, and a sales center, forming a multifunctional environment that combines sports, social interaction, and presentation within one cohesive public space.
