Selected for its picturesque landscape and strategic location, Jinhua, situated at the throat of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, is characterized by its "three rivers and six banks", embodying the thousand-year-old charm of ancient Wu culture, where mountains and rivers conceal cultural traditions, and forests and springs embody elegance and charm.
Fengqi Chaoming is situated on the banks of the Wuyi River, a gem of a location. Inspired by the Eastern wisdom of "viewing the forest near the water and finding great seclusion within the city," it integrates the spiritual essence of the river, the texture of the mountain stones, and the profound cultural context into its landscape narrative. The design is guided by "poetry," capturing the philosophical charm of "the rippling waves." With water as its backbone, it blends Eastern philosophical thoughts to shape the soul of the courtyard. The sunken courtyard in the western area is surrounded by a water system, with pavilions scattered to gather qi, double bridges crossing the waves, and cascading water playing music, creating an immersive water residence painting where "one courtyard hides nine twists, and every ten steps reveals a vast expanse of water.".
