The SAKURA Taipei Brand Pavilion serves a threefold mission: to showcase, experience, and communicate the brand's shift from product manufacturer to lifestyle creator. Its design employs an open, interconnected framework that redefines future kitchen spaces. Rooted in the belief that “the kitchen is the heart of the home,” it promotes a lifestyle centered on the kitchen and the “Kitchen Living” philosophy. By integrating products, technology, and real-life scenarios, visitors can engage with the brand's ethos, experiencing its commitment to enhancing daily life as a "creator of beautiful home living."
The design, inspired by the concept of the "Boundless Art Museum," reflects the brand’s vision of transcending future boundaries. It is characterized by three dimensions: modular layering, visual transparency, and structural texture. Utilizing a unified axis and simplified materials, the design fosters a spatial experience that encourages fluid perception. In the "SAKURA AI KITCHEN," technology evolves from mere machinery into an extension of human sensibility. Elements such as light, temperature, movement, and air serve as interactive languages, sparking new inspirations for a beautiful and harmonious home life.
The “Boundless Art Museum” design blurs the lines between structure and exhibition by emphasizing material simplicity and volumetric layering. Aligned cabinets and partition walls create uninterrupted sightlines that flow along horizontal planes and extend vertically across stacked volumes, resulting in a continuous spatial experience. Ceiling grilles and mirrored surfaces reflect and diffuse light, enhancing illumination and depth. Warm tones and linear light strips add layers of variation, while the interplay of shifting light and shadow enriches the sensory experience for visitors as they navigate the space.
Inspired by the vision of a “Boundless Art Museum,” this design redefines the experience of everyday living through the comprehensive integration of the AI KITCHEN system. Sensor-activated cabinets effectively conceal storage elements, while AI faucets and gesture-responsive lighting facilitate an interactive environment that harmonizes technology with daily practices. Each exhibition area embodies the principle of “one scene, one frame; one frame, one house,” cultivating interconnected spaces that transition seamlessly into one another. This design approach promotes a fluid integration of life, technology, and art.
