In the fast‑paced modern society, many people struggle to relax due to stress, anxiety, and information overload, making emotional recovery increasingly difficult. Amid such high‑tension living, the need for emotional calm and healing has become ever more important.
This project integrates spatial healing design, Chinese Five Elements (Wu Xing，China) culture, and XR immersive space. Using XR technology, the Unity engine, TouchDesigner, Arduino, along with heart rate and infrared sensors, it creates an indoor space with a ritualized service design process.
From the moment users enter the space, they are gradually guided into a ritualistic visual and spiritual healing journey — from emotional assessment and visual feedback, to deep immersion and meditation. Users will naturally slow down within the space, and be supported in finding an inner rhythm and emotional state that suits them.
