The IPSOS Singapore office which it is spanning 7,000 sqft represents a cutting-edge workspace designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and productivity. Embracing an Activity-Based Working (ABW) concept, the layout supports diverse work styles through seamless transitions between collaborative zones, private spaces, and flexible workstations.
A central horizontal axis connects the primary work areas, enabling intuitive navigation without traditional walls or partitions. Biophilic elements such as custom-designed planter boxes and live trees enhance privacy while promoting a connection to nature. Expansive windows maximize natural light, creating a bright and energy-efficient environment.
The reception area featuring panoramic views of the Singapore Flyer, sets an inviting tone with a curved white counter, herringbone flooring and a wood-slat feature wall. Boardrooms with operable walls offer flexible configurations while smaller meeting rooms feature acoustic panels and corporate-colored furnishings for a cohesive aesthetic.
Adjacent to the reception, an e-Café serves as a dynamic hub for informal discussions and events. Its movable furniture and marble quartz bar counter underscore flexibility and sophistication. Besides, IPSOS Workstations include rectangular desks and unique hexagonal clusters centered around live trees, encouraging collaboration and interaction. Meeting rooms, lockers, and utility spaces are positioned along the building’s core, while window-lined perimeters are reserved for workspaces to maximize daylight.
With acoustic glass for soundproofing and warm wood materials, the design creates a harmonious environment that aligns with IPSOS’s values of innovation and sustainability. The office stands as a testament to thoughtful future forward design.
