Zhong Hai Jia San Hao Yuan

As the first project of Sino Hidden Peak Series in the Greater Bay Area and Huizhou’s first fourth-generation residential development, ONE SINO RESIDENCES is situated in the core area of Jinshan Lake. Leveraging the region’s natural lake views and profound Lingnan cultural heritage, the landscape design is based on the project’s positioning as a “fourth-generation residence” with “Shanghai-style fashionable”. With “Embracing the Riverside Outside, Concealing Mountains and Waters Within” as its core philosophy and modern Chinese charm as the spatial framework, it creates three progressive realms: ritual order in the front court, poetic landscape in the central garden, and tranquil dwelling in the rear courtyards.
By deeply integrating traditional garden artistic conception, the vertical ecology concept of fourth-generation housing, and modern living and social demands, the project creates a landscape and humanistic community featuring both Lingnan cultural heritage and Shanghai-style modern aesthetics, establishing a new futuristic model for natural and ecological communities.
Boasting an ultra-wide building spacing of nearly 100 meters north-south and 300 meters east-west, the project adopts elevated ground floors and a super-deck three-dimensional garden level to create an unprecedented extra-large wide-screen central park of over 28,000 ㎡. It includes an artistic garden block integrating activities, leisure and greenery, dual ceremonial home entrances, double club sunken courtyards, a new enclosed neighborhood garden of over 2,000 ㎡, a green-curtain social garden of over 5,000 ㎡, a terrace-style under-forest family theater of over 5,000 ㎡, two exclusive mansion club gardens, and ten pioneering three-entry ceremonial entrance gardens. The design fulfills four core landscape values: ecological, artistic, functional and humanized, providing high-net-worth residents with an all-round landscape experience for socializing, relaxing, parenting and wellness, and building a truly age-friendly community living system.
