Shenzhen Airport T3 Front Supporting Housing Project is located in Bao’an District, Shenzhen City. The project is bounded by Linghang 3rd Road to the east, Konggang 3rd Road to the south, and Linghang 4th Road to the west. A total of 6 residential towers with a height of approximately 40 meters are planned for the project. Public supporting facilities and commercial premises are partially arranged on the ground floor and part of the basement floor of the towers.
The design concept of this project is "Bright Star Ring". In the overall planning, a central radial layout is adopted, with the 6 buildings arranged around a sunken central landscape courtyard, forming a highly recognizable planning image like a blooming firework and shining stars. The project accommodates public supporting facilities and commercial functions by designing a "Central Vitality Ring", establishing an interconnected, convenient, smart, green, intensive and efficient comprehensive three-dimensional functional and pedestrian system. The buildings are scattered around the "Vitality Ring", forming a central vibrant atrium and private courtyards in the surrounding areas, achieving a clear separation between dynamic and static zones. A humanized, shared and comfortable livable community featuring "large openness, small enclosures and multiple clusters" is created. While ensuring the connection between each building and public supporting facilities, the project also realizes independent management of each building, facilitating flexible operation in the later stage.
