The design explores a public space that combines a sales center and a club, inspired by the city’s “interconnected spring veins.” Water rises from underground, converges, and extends, forming a rhythmic network that informs both spatial organization and experiential flow. This natural order is translated into a gradual narrative within the space, allowing visitors to experience a sequence of unfolding spaces that echo the city’s cultural and urban characteristics within a contemporary context.
The architectural language reflects modern elegance with understated luxury. A restrained color palette and simplified spatial structure establish a calm and pure atmosphere, while carefully considered artistic details enhance refinement and present an elegant, rational aesthetic. Materials are selected for subtle sophistication: dark stone and warm finishes create a harmonious spatial relationship, green natural stone serves as a visual anchor evoking the vitality of the city’s spring veins, and selective metallic accents and artistic textures add warmth and contemporary sensibility.
Functionally, the design balances sales presentation with an artistic spatial experience. Circulation and spatial sequences are clearly defined, seamlessly connecting reception, display, and interaction areas. Key visual focal points strengthen spatial identity, integrating practical efficiency with a coherent sense of beauty.
Sustainability and durability are central considerations. The use of natural stone and environmentally friendly finishes, combined with a simplified construction approach, reduces layers of decoration, lowers resource consumption, and minimizes maintenance costs. Energy-efficient lighting and zoned control strategies are employed, ensuring the space maintains long-term value and adaptability for future club use.
By abstractly responding to local culture rather than relying on literal symbolism, the project establishes a sophisticated and contemporary spatial language. It emphasizes material refinement, thoughtful detailing, and a deliberate spatial narrative, creating a living environment that harmonizes artistic temperament, cultural resonance, functional efficiency, and enduring value, resulting in a space that is both aesthetically compelling and experientially rich.
