Located in Leshan, Sichuan, this sales office draws profound inspiration from the region’s natural landscapes and rich cultural heritage. By seamlessly integrating traditional Chinese aesthetics with modern refined living, the design utilizes curated FF&E, a thoughtful interplay of materials, and symbolic storytelling to create a “Vessel of Living Aesthetics.” It is an immersive space where visitors can feel the cultural pulse of Leshan while envisioning a poetic future.
Moving beyond the mere accumulation of cultural motifs, the design translates Eastern beauty into contemporary symbols. Fan-shaped silhouettes and traditional fretwork patterns serve as core inspirations, artfully integrated into backlit stone walls, parquetry, and soft furnishings to evoke a sense of ritual.
The material palette fosters a sophisticated dialogue between contrasting textures. The natural veining of the marble mimics the flowing waters of the Minjiang River, while bronze accents provide a grounded, timeless presence. Ripple-patterned glass paired with dark wood grilles creates a compelling contrast between the ethereal and the substantial. Occasional splashes of cinnabar floral arrangements brighten the mood, while ink-patterned cushions and copper ornaments add layers of tactile richness, perfectly balancing Eastern sensibility with modern elegance.
Light is used to sculpt the spatial narrative. A golden vaulted ceiling featuring circular light bands casts a dignified glow, complemented by the soft, diffused light from wall sconces that infuses the environment with spatial rhythm and vitality.
Transcending the traditional sales center, the project achieves a synergy of functionality and aesthetics. The space unfolds through a series of curated scenarios—from the grand lobby and intimate discussion areas to the private banquet hall—where every detail converges upon a singular vision of poetic living.
