Rooted in a 3,000-square-meter former factory building, this project departs from conventional scenographic design and instead centers on the creation of atmosphere, aiming to construct a dual emotional space that embraces both lightness and passion. Guided by a giant-scale aesthetic approach, the design organizes the venue into three immersive experience zones through systematic spatial planning, fulfilling functional requirements while establishing a distinctive spatial narrative.
The overall layout integrates multiple functions, including ceremony, interaction and relaxation. Giant EVA rose installations define the main stage and extend into the banquet area in an irregular yet harmonious composition. The fully floral T-stage guides guests through a layered sensory experience, while the bride’s entrance zone, inspired by London’s “Angel Lights” and combined with snow effects, heightens the sense of ritual and visual impact. In the welcome area, customized signage organizes circulation, and crystal installations along the passage also function as dessert stations. The photo zone echoes the main stage through corresponding large-scale rose installations, while live band performances further enhance the immersive atmosphere.
In terms of innovation, the design breaks through the inherent limitations of the factory space by integrating holographic projection technology with sculptural craftsmanship to create a fairy-tale castle-like scene. At the same time, drawing on the light-and-shadow logic of “Angel Lights,” the project reinterprets classic installation art through optical path modeling and spatial composition.
Two key challenges were addressed during implementation. The six-meter-high ceiling could not support suspended structures, so lighting design and large-scale installations were used to construct spatial layers and create a manor-like ambiance. In addition, the realization of complex scenes required precise coordination, achieved through the collaboration of a large professional team to ensure the faithful execution of the design vision.
From a sustainability perspective, thousands of fresh flowers were redistributed to guests after the ceremony, extending their emotional and social value. The project thus demonstrates how spatial renovation, artistic expression and responsible practice can be integrated into a contemporary wedding environment.
