The Drake

The show flat is a 3,500 sq.ft duplex with massive windows that overlooks the ocean. The theme colour is grey, white and blue. The first thing you see once you enter the double door entrance is the grand marble floor foyer that runs along the living and the dining areas.

The living room is showcased with a bespoke geometric shape ceiling light with multi-levels of lightings. The ceiling light design is reflected onto the 3D patterned wall. It is modern and trendy, and also become the focus of the spacious living room.

The Luceplan Hope chandelier lighten up the dining area with the custom made dining table. Next to the dining area, is the double volume height atrium decorated with different kind of plants where the owners can relax and watch the sunset.

The light track at the staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find the cozy family room.

The master bedroom has designed a walk-in wardrobe with natural light shining through the glass near the top of the wall. The master bed has a duo tone fabric, headboard with light track on the top. There are asymmetric lighting on both side of the nightstands.

In one of the bedroom, a C-shaped platform was built to separate the sleeping area and the reading area. This bedroom uses light wood colour to create a comfortable living space.

For the kitchen, one of the most important area, we use the grey rosenheim maple wood veneer cabinet together with polished white quartz counter tops. The colour theme of the kitchen remains with the entire show flat. The whole kitchen is furnished with Gaggenau appliances.
