Since the elegance of architecture and landscape, as well as the purity of artistry are the pursuit of modern people, the project is intended to create an aesthetic masterpiece from the planning stage. It tries to create an ideal life style, where the building is integrated in the nature. No matter how times change, the beauty is just here. Every classic masterpiece is imprinted with the trace of time. The Guiyu Lanting Aesthetics Center incorporates a unique understanding of contemporary life. A vertical homecoming axis and a horizontal landscape belt connect the central swimming pool and the theme garden, where a poetic dwelling atmosphere is created through the balance of architecture, interior and landscape.



The project is located in Lishui, a county in Zhejiang, China, which is famous for its picturesque scenery. Inspired by the gorgeous natural landscape and traditional local handicrafts, Guiyu Lanting Aesthetics Center is a bridge to connect the historical heritage and the promising future.



The reception lobby starts from a waterscape, above which the art installation forms an interesting interaction with water. Different from other sales centers, there is no check-in counter in the tea bar area, but an open space instead for face-to-face communication with customers. All customers can enjoy the various drinks and desserts while consulting there. The long table by the window is made of walnut solid wood. On one end of the opposite wall, red clay pottery sculptures are placed to enhance the artistic sense. The other end is Chinese painting, in this way new and old artists collide here. A multi-dimensional interactive space is often a life-like expression of blending art. The project advocates communication and sharing between the community and neighbors, thus, an aesthetic space close to human daily life will be formed.
