Every functional element inside the space is carefully considered and laid out by the design team to effectively facilitate people's encounters and interactions, which are expected to happen like the brightness under the clouds, and the nimbleness of the clouds presenting casual beauty. Universities shall not only teach cultural knowledge, but shall also act as the incubation base for students' innovative ideas and entrepreneurship, where inspirations hit, and diverse thoughts are amassed here.

Upon careful combination of spatial structures, the staggered floors and open layout reinforce the design concept of encounters and unexpected meetings, which nicely depicts the lyric “producing light that shines when coming across”. By means of simple but sophisticated pallets as well as incorporation of wood color and white, the overall spatial layout reveals an ambience of blue sky and white cloud, with implications of positive attitudes as well as auspicious touches.
