Binhe Longfu

The project is next to the river and has very good natural surroundings. The community take landscapes as the design concept, embodies the beauty of nature. The sales center is in the south of community land, so people can appreciate the beauty of river along with the Binhe North road. Consequently, the original design concepts are concise, grand, merging with nature and surroundings.

The design need strong visual impact and distinguishable characteristics, which are known as the landmarks. It need to embody the features of the sales center through concise shape and material language.

This is the first object for the design of sales center this time. So we defined some keywords in the beginning of the design, which are church, bookstore and museum. All these are outstanding places leaving from the history's long river and development of human beings' civilization. From the feedback of customers, we can know that the first point has reached its expectation.

Chinese characters after entered the reception area in the first floor, which has the light and shade effects but also embodies the cultural foundation of Heluo. Turn left and enter central control, there is the longest bookstore area in the sales center in central China under around 8m empty ground which I ever know. There placed a customized steel plated desk whose length is 16m, the bottom supporting structure also used the arches element same as empty ground. It plays an irreplaceable role in special events.

The children's area in the second floor can be divided into 2 areas and 4 blocks. Large area of artistic lego wall offers children the space to play, combine with intelligence development and interests. Furthermore, there are black wall and magnet wall, which could offer space for the children who like painting and writing. There they can enjoy themselves and reveal their pursuits for life. The inside reading area offers a quiet space for the children who like reading.
