Fairy tale

“Fairy tale” is an interesting project that is dedicated to creating delightful space and spicing up the traveler’s experience. Childlike character, theme background, and Nordic style are the main element for its interior design.

With the greeting by the doll soldiers, the traveler can feel the childlike fairy tale before coming into the designed hotel. As soon as people enter the lobby, an eye-catching ball light with 2 meters in diameter will highlight the whole space. The retro brick tiles in the lobby make the wall suitable for characters to appear. After checking in, customer can enjoy the space and take picture with a MINI car in front of the Nordic street setting. Outdoor floor tiles are used to emphasize the setting of the outdoor atmosphere.

While moving upward, the elevator hall is designed with different topic which will help the guest to identify each floor. For example, forest and reindeer are set on the first floor, while Lego is set on the second floor. When coming out from the elevator and passing through theme aisle, customer can arrive each unique room.

For the sake of increasing the cost-performance ratio, the standard room designed for young customer has been maximized with the smallest space. With the mezzanine on the top of the bathroom, the space is arranged carefully and cleverly in order to minimum the floor area. Although the area of the room is only about 7 square meters, it has everything inside that the customers need.

Other rooms designed for family or group of people, could accommodate 3-6 people for each of them. For the sake of creating childlike and playful space, each room has its unique topic wall. Bunk beds are used for creating different layer of height which will become a fun experience for the travelers.
