Dong Meng Villa Show Flat

Located in Nanning, Guangxi Province, with pleasant climate in four seasons, Dong Meng Villa Project is developed by Greenland Group to be a second home outside the city.



GLC was in charge of the design of the show flat of single family villa. At the beginning of the whole planning and design, the optimal design of room type and space is involved, and the integrated design of interior space and decoration, and art to ensure the final completion effect. The single family house with "music art" as the keyword is generally targeted at the families with age over 40-50 years old, who have higher demand for spiritual life and social attributes.



Less focus on decoration, more on space and experience" has become the design idea that GLC has been advocating in recent years. For example, the designer has broken through the floor barrier between the living room on the first floor and the family room on the second floor with a minimalist style art staircase throughout. Although at the beginning of the concept, there is concern of losing the floor area, the "compound living room" obtained by the void structure has suddenly raised the difference between the single-family house and other room types, and creates satisfactory effect.



In terms of cost control, the design focuses on “leisure and relaxation”. Therefore, to avoid too much decorative sense of traditional villa design and unify it in a relatively natural tone, which can not only create natural charm and more reasonable cost savings.
